Dojkovic has already had Covid. Letting him in is not an accomodation, unless the default policy is irrational. In it's (successful!) court filing, by the the Austrlian Immigration Dept says
> That conclusion [that Djockovic may health risk Community] was not based on a concern about Mr Djokovic infecting others; ... rather ... the Minister reasoned that Mr Djokovic’s condu ct and position against vaccination against COVID-19 may encourage others to emulate him by reason of his high profile and status ...
That is to say Djokovic is not consdered dangerous as a carrier of the virus, but as a carrier of *ideas*.

Covid has been a fiasco for the world. Out so called scientists and so called government don’t have a clue. Live your life. Ignore them.
