This recipe, from Alison Roman, she of crazy-times earlier in the year, which I won’t link to; the girl deserves love for what she does, anyway, I’d not been following her work previous to that blah blah, but I have a squadron of young ones who had been and still do and I have since become a super fan. Check out her Substack, her recipes are the bomb and I plan to make more, and speaking of: You have no idea how much fun I had doing this — and I will do more!
