Learning that the nude bike ride was an annual event provided some extraordinary context for how I view the event. I also noticed that, based on flags and statements on shirts, that this seemed to be more of a Palestine protest than an ICE one. I'm sure that driving by ICE was on purpose, but I think the message on the Die In might have gotten muddied by all the reporting. Half the bikes I saw had little Palestinian flags and doing a Die In makes far more sense as a protest of a war than it does for arrests.
